Return, Exchange & Cancellation

At Senszz, we value our customers and strive to provide high-quality perfumes and exceptional service.
If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our Return, Exchange, and Cancellation Policy below.


1. Returns

Because perfumes are personal-use products, returns are accepted only under specific conditions.

You may request a return if:

  • You received the wrong item or damaged product.

  • The product was leaking or defective upon delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or invoice).

Once approved, we will guide you through the return process.

Non-returnable items:

  • Opened or used perfumes

  • Items purchased during sale or clearance


2. Exchanges

We offer product exchanges only for:

  • Damaged or defective items

  • Wrong product or quantity received

If you wish to exchange a product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@senszz.com.
Once your exchange request is approved, we’ll send a replacement product or issue store credit if the item is out of stock.


3. Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been shipped.

To cancel an order:

  • Email us at support@senszz.com with your order number.

  • If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation will not be possible.

In that case, you can request a return after delivery (if applicable under the return conditions).


4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

Note: Shipping charges, COD fees, and handling fees are non-refundable.


5. Shipping for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs when returning non-defective items.

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping cost.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your returned product reaches us safely.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  • Email us within 48 hours of delivery at support@senszz.com.

  • Include your order number, pictures of the product, and packaging.
    We will resolve the issue promptly with a replacement or refund.


7. Shipping Policy 

  • Our products will be delivered within 5-7 working days

8. Exchange/replaced

  •  Exchange/replaced products will get delivered within 7-10 working days
